|The Body Shop in Eindhoven|
Yesterday I went with Manu from Un Trucco al Giorno and another friend to the Play with Colour Party at The Body Shop in Eindhoven. The shop was open until 8 pm and they offered great apple and strawberry champagne, 20% discount on all makeup and skincare, 50% off the second bath&body product, double points for Club Members and more!
We had the chance to try the new Hair Chalks in Tickle Me Pink and Falling for Blue. To apply them you scrub them on a lock of hair until you reach the desired intensity, then brush through and set thecolor with hair spray. These are temporary colors that will be washed off at the first shampoo.
The hair chalks are very beautiful and show up great on my friend’s blonde hair and it was possible to apply both shades to one lock to make it purple! Unfortunately on my red hair the pink one didn’t show up at all and the blue only gave a subtle darker shading.

At the shop we also got a makeup consultation and a free sample size Camomile Gentle Eye Makeup Remover. Another offer for the evening was a goodie bag of the value of 25€ containing:
- Moringa Cream Body Scrub (200mL): a creamy scrub with a very strong scent;
- Vineyard peach Shower Gel (250mL): this smells summery and divine, can’t wait to try it!
- a sample size mask to pick among the Vitamin E Sink in Moisture Mask (for dry skin), Seaweed Ionic Clay Mask (combination/oily skin) or the Tea Tree Face Mask (acne/problematic skin).

While we were there, I could help myself from taking advantage of the discounts and bought the Brush on Bronze pearls which are going to be gorgeous in summer, another tub of the Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter which I love and hit pan on (review here). Finally I wanted to try the Vitamin C Facial Radiance Capsules, 28 capsules to be used every evening for a month and promise to “smooth and revive the skin’s appearance”. I am really curious of how these will work because when I tried one on the back of my hand I could actually see an improvement and the skin was brighter in a matter of seconds (crazy right?!).
Overall we had a great afternoon ended with a drink and a lot of beauty chit chat!
